Samples are where ideas start to feel real. Seeing how a floor looks in your space, in your light, alongside your finishes, makes all the difference. We’ll send a curated selection directly to your door to help you compare, consider, and choose what feels right.
Details, Specs & Pricing
We’ll walk you through every detail: stairs, transitions, trims, skirtings, all the finishing touches that make a project complete. Once you’ve landed on the colour, finish, format and grade, we’ll handle the technical side, measure what’s needed and give you clear, transparent pricing with no guesswork and no surprises.
NZ Supply or Production
If your choice is from the NZ Reserve Collection, your stock will be set aside and prepared for delivery. Custom finishes are produced to order in Lithuania, with lead times confirmed before production. Delivery is timed to your project schedule and coordinated with installers and project managers to ensure a smooth installation.
Aftercare & Ongoing Support
Great timber flooring should last for generations, and our goal is to help make sure it does. Support continues well beyond installation, you’ll have clear guidance on maintaining your floor, whether oiled or lacquered, plus ongoing support for maintenance and touch-ups.
